New Popup Management System

In the post titled New Popup Management System by the Official Mafia Wars Blog, we are told about a new feature in which we can better manage our popups. As with most things in the game, not all players will have the feature right away because it's on a slow roll out.

I'm not too thrilled with the popups they have selected but we are told that in the near future there will be more.

To find you won popup manger, go to your Account Drop Bar and select "Settings".

From the Account Setting window, select "Popup Manager".

Click on the popups you want and leave the ones you don't unchecked. Remember to click on "Save Preferences" when you are done or you will no longer get the listed popups if you want them.

Of the three popups listed, I'm only going to turn off the Treasure Chest Popup. Most of us have way more Treasure Chests than we will ever open and until they update the Treasure Chest loot, I'm not going to waste any of my Treasure Chest Keys.

The Secret Drop popup isn't that bad, it only shows up when robbing or on occasion when you collect from your properties but it only appears once a day. It helps my mafia members so I don't really mind this one.

The 2X Mastery Boost popups aren't your traditional type of popups because you don't need to close them to continue what you are doing. They show up when you are doing jobs in all destinations but they remain static and you can get to them once you are done doing jobs. This is a good start for Zynga but I wish they would include the more useless and annoying popups.
